How it works

Your first week
with Claire

From signing up to seeing your first patterns. Here's what actually happens.

7:00am

Your phone rings

At your scheduled time, Claire calls. You don't need to open an app or sit at a desk. Answer while you walk the dog, make coffee, or drive to work.

The first call is a bit longer. Claire gets to know you. Your name, what you do, what matters to you. After that, calls are 10-15 minutes of guided reflection.

7:03am

It feels like talking to a friend

Claire walks you through your daily modules: mood check-in, gratitude, whatever you've chosen. She asks follow-up questions, remembers what you said yesterday, and doesn't rush you.

It's not a script. If something comes up, a hard conversation you had, a win at work, a rough night of sleep, Claire goes there with you.

Claire

What are you grateful for today?

You

Honestly, just that the baby slept through the night.

Claire

That sounds like it made a real difference. How did you feel waking up this morning?

You

Lighter. Like I could actually think before the day started.

7:14am

Your journal entry
is already written

Open the app and it's there. A narrative summary, your mood rating, gratitude items, a daily quote, the full transcript, and the audio recording.

You didn't type a word. You didn't sit down and try to remember what happened. You just talked, and Claire did the rest.

Today's entry

Mood: Good

Had a solid morning. Woke up early,

took the dog out before it got hot.

Feeling more settled than yesterday.

Grateful for:

The quiet before the house wakes up

Mom calling yesterday just to check in

Finding that podcast Sarah mentioned

“The only way to do great work is to love what you do.”

Patterns start to emerge

Five entries in, you can see your mood trending. Your first weekly summary arrives with themes from your conversations, gratitude categories, your mood arc for the week.

You start noticing things. The days you mention gratitude are the days your mood is highest. The topic that keeps coming up on hard days. The shift in tone from Monday to Friday.

This is where journaling stops being something you do and becomes something you look forward to.

7:15 am

That's the whole thing.

No complicated setup. No learning curve. Just pick up the phone tomorrow morning.

Fourteen minutes. That's all it took.
