3. Wellness Disclaimer

Claire is a wellness journaling companion designed to support your personal reflection and self-awareness. We care deeply about your wellbeing, and part of that means being upfront about what Claire can and cannot do.

Claire is not a therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional. Our service does not provide mental health treatment, medical advice, clinical diagnoses, or crisis intervention of any kind. Claire is not a substitute for professional mental health care, and should never be used as one.

Claire is an AI, and AI has limitations. Claire may generate responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific situation. Claire cannot assess whether you are in danger, cannot determine whether you need professional help, and is not equipped to respond to mental health emergencies.

If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency:

• Contact a licensed mental health professional
• Go to your nearest emergency room

By using Claire, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You will not rely on Claire as a substitute for professional mental health care

• Claire AI Technologies is not liable for any actions you take or decisions you make based on interactions with the service
• You will contact emergency services if you or someone you know is in immediate danger

4. User Accounts

Account Creation

• You must be 13 years or older to use this service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per individual

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Upload harmful content or malware

6. Intellectual Property
